Hi, I'm Karen Maika, a realtor serving the Alberni Valley community. I've been proud to call this place my home since 2004, and I'm passionate about its potential for growth and the hardworking, down-to-earth people who live here.

I believe in giving back to the community, and that's why I serve as the President of the Rainbow Gardens Care Home Auxiliary and Treasurer of the West Coast General Hospital Foundation. When I'm not volunteering, I'm an active member of the Alberni Valley Curling Club.

Before starting my career in real estate, I worked as a Private Wealth Advisor with the Coastal Community Private Wealth Group. I've helped many people achieve their financial dreams, and now I'm excited to bring that same level of dedication and expertise to the real estate industry.
